EDD or Re EDD?

Hello mommies. Based on my LMP, my EDD will be on 28/8/2019 which is Im now at 14weeks 4days of pregnancy. The same result I got when I scan at Private Hosp. But then, when I did my antenatal checkup on Government Hops, it shows my EDD will be on 13/9/2019. Anyone have been in my shoes before? tbh, Its confusing for me to answer when people asked me 'how old ur baby', its either im 14 weeks or 11 weeks. ???
