Dark/ blue lips in infant; red rashes on face

Hi mommies. My baby is 1month and 12days old. In the last 2 weeks I noticed that her lips have turned dark. I’m exclusively breastfeeding her. Do any of you have a similar case? I’m worried and we have not yet brought her to pedia.

Ganyan din baby ko mamsh nung 1st day niya nung paglabas niya di ganun kaitim tapos nung nagtagal na umitim ng umitim. Normal lang naman daw yan dahil nakukuha yung kulay ng areola natin. After 2months nawala na yung kaniya pinkish na lips ni baby
