Do you know any ingredient in Cerelac that could be the reason for an allergic reaction such as hives/big rashes? That was the first rice cereal that I gave my baby, then after a few days eating it, the allergic reactions showed up: big rashes all over her body and face and her ears almost closed and her lips were like Angelina Jolie's. We rushed her to the ER, then cetirizine was prescribed. After that, we searched for organic rice cereal (we found some in Healthy Options) and until she was 2 years old there were no allergies anymore...

Cerelac has milk and whey, which could be a huge trigger of allergies. Maybe you can have your baby see a doctor if he or she gets hives to know what immediate reaction they can do.
