mommies ask q po sana anu pinapalit nyu sa rice? pinagbabawas po kc ako ng midwife dahil 57kls na po aq 3mons pa lang hndi k maiwasan mag rice ng bongga help naman po anu tamang pag diet na hndi maapektuhan baby?

potatoes, kamote, brown rice. on time ka ba mommy kumain or kung kelan ka lang gutom? try to eat same time every day. 3 meals plus 3 snacks. breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinner-snack. pero make sure na more on veggies ka and lean protein. cut back sa rice ka pag gabi, and drink your milk during snacktime. drink water before every meal.
