Do I need to give my baby vitamins?

Hello mommies. Ask ko lang what if yung weight ni baby ngayon is kulang sa normal na weight for his age need ko na po ba sya ivitamins? What can I do po?

Consult your pedia po muna, it's not always about vitamins po, your pedia may recommend changing his milk or dalasan ang feeding etc kung kailangan talaga. If you want to give vitamins po, consult your pedia pa rin po especially what kind of vitamins and anong dosage.
