Best Vitamin for Folic Acid

Hi mommies! Ask ko lang if what's your vitamins for folic acid? My doctor recommended me Mamafer (Multivitamins+Iron) and Anmum milk. Just checking to make sure I got the best vitamin for folic acid coz I'm a first time mom. Thanks for your reply.

Nung first trimester ko po mommy yan po niresita nag OB ko ( DUBAI) +anmum milk po ako.
