haircut tas salit salitan conditioner today shampoo the next day and so on. tas gentle na pgsuklay lg. kumain dn ako mga peanuts and take calcium and ferrous. im not sure kng may epekto calcium pero nakatulong both sa hair ko at teeth kc prang sumasakit sakit dn mga gums ko nun prang matatanggal ipin ko..
