Hello mommies, anong diet and exercise ang ginagawa nyo pangpaliit ng tyan after manganak. Once a day na lang ako kumakain ng rice, nababawasan timbang ko pero ang hirap paliitin ng tyan.. 😔

Wag muna po magdiet lalo na within 6 months after giving birth. Liliit din yang tyan mo lalo na kung breastfeeding ka. Give yourself time to heal/recover first.
