Try nyo po VCO 2tbsp twice a day eto po sabi ng OB ko nung buntis ako, effective po di mo na rin kailangan pumwersa mg bawas, still taking upto now, 2mos post partum CS na po ako 😊 Eat more leafy vegies, ripe papaya and increase water intake

Inom po kayo anmum any flavor makakatulong po sya sa digestion. Hirap din ako magpoops before pero nung uminom ako kinabukasan ok na poops ko and regular/everyday na ko nagdudumi

Try nyo po mag oats and prune juice mommy. Yan din po problem ko nung 7mos preggy ako. And yan lang po naging effective sakin that time to treat my constipation. 😊

more water po kayo, fruits and vegetables. tapos try niyo din po yakult once a day. and before mag cr inom kayo isang basong tubig.

Gulay ka po lage tas inom ng inom ng tubig po.. Ganyan din po ako. Pero inom lng ako ng madami talagang tubig

Drink more water mamsh. Ako 3-4L ng water a day + 1 glass ng milk daily. Okay naman nakakadumi ako daily.

puro gulay, lots of fiber at more water. dati ganyan ako now naging regular na at hindi ma matigas.

quacker oats mataas sa fiber yan. chocolate flavor or banana kinakaen ko masarap sya para sken.
