Hemarate or kung gusto mo mas mura Foralivit same lang sila na may iron, folic acid at b complex vit.

Over the counter naman yun. Once a day lang ang inom. Advice ng ob ko sa gabi ang inom bago matulog. Di sya pwedeng isabay sa calcium.
