Momies.. goodmorning. Please give me some advices on how to cheer myself up. There are times I feel terrible and bad about myself. Knowing that after giving birth your body will not be like when u r single. Everytime i see myself in the mirror, I see all the things that are not good like my hair is becoming thin, the varicose veins, the stretch marks, in short, I dont feel pretty and good. Cant help but cry and I think negative things which im not supposed to. I am open to my husband but sometimes I dnt want to always talk about these things.

Virtual hugs! I understand what you feel. Try mo mommy na every morning kahit nasa bahay ka lang, make yourself look good so that you will feel good. Wag ka magsuot ng mga "nakakalosyang" na pambahay. Tapos kung hindi ka makapagpa-parlor, buy ka sa mall nung mga hot oil para makapag-hot oil ka sa bahay. And kahit pa alam natin na papawisan lang tayo the whole day dahil sa mga gawaing bahay, try mo magpowder at lip gloss. Dati kasi ganyan yung feeling ko, especially I stopped working dahil kay baby. So ang ginawa ko, kahit nasa bahay ako, nag-aayos ako.

I can relate with you. I have given birth almost 1.5 years already and I still feel terrible about myself. But because I'm just too busy, I don't have the luxury of time to dwell on my frustrations haha. I don't have a choice as I have to go back to my mom duties. So, it just passes by each day. I don't even have time to cry because I'm super duper busy. lol

Mommy pag nakarecover kana from giving birth at nagheal na sugat mo from episiotomy or cs ka.. you start exercise routine...nakaka good vibes mommy because your body will release happy hormones and at the same time babalik sa pre pregnancy body mo..

wala akong helper mommy.. i just multi task nakakagalaw lang ako pag tulog si baby pero carry naman mommy..

I feel the same way too pero pag nakikita ko si baby na naka ngiti nawawala na... try pampering your self mommy, nakaka good vibes un and play with baby always :)

Ganyan din nararamdaman ko pero kapag nakikita ko si baby, nakakalimutan ko na yung pagseself pity ko. Now na 1 year old na si baby, nagstart na ulit ako sa mga kikay routine.

6months na si baby ko when i started to put cologbe on her:) para mabango and lagibxa fresh hehe lagi kz sinasabi MIL ko wala daw kaamoy amoy anak ko :)
