Eat plenty of veggies like carrots and dark green, leafy ones. Malunggay is the best. Oatmeals too. Also yong masasabaw na ulam but not instant noodles because they are actually bad for lactating moms.

Mix feed po kase kayo kaya humihina ang breastmilk mo momshie. Palatch mo lagi lalakas yan. Lagi kang iinom ng tubig, bago at pagkatapos magpadede. Saka po malunggay
