MIL let baby watch TV in the morning

My MIL likes to on the TV and let my 7mo watch it once he wakes up 7am in the morning. How do I let her know not to do so? My LO is still looking blur and I’m afraid the TV will just overwhelm him. How do I let her know politely not to on the TV?
