what i did 7 yrs ago and will do again with my upcoming baby, i put 5 or 10 pesos (cleaned, washed with soap and alcoholized) dried and wrapped inside a tissue, then get a sterile gauze in place to cover the navel and secure it with micropore. i dont use bigkis.
