Always consult your ob mommy. Resita ba yan sayo ng ob mo? Tuloy mo padin po muna ang folic acid separately. Although meron naman nang folic acid ang ferrous sulfate, makabubuti parin tanungin mo ob mo kung sapat na ba yung iron with folic acid.
