ano foods ang dapat ko kainin??

Mga moms..mejo weird ito.itatanong ko? ano mga pag kain pa yun talaga pwede mgpalaki kay baby s tummy ko..yun iba kc sinasbi mg diet pra hindi mhirapan mg labor.. eh Cs naman po ako..31weeks preggy..my 6weeks to 9weeks pako para mlakihin cya..actually po kasi last natoh png 4th baby kuna to eh..yun mga unang babies ko laging nsa 2.8kls or 2.9kls lng cla pero sobra laki nmn ng tiyan ko..ms mtubig daw po kc ako mgbuntis..kya eto sna last gusto ko mga khit 3.3kls man lng or khit 3kls man lng c baby pg labas? sorry mga momsh kung mejo natatawa tanong ko..advance thnkyou po sa sasagot????

Make sure hindi masyadong palakihin si baby kasi may mga health risks na kasama diyan tulad ng high blood pressure at abnormal cholesterol levels. Hindi lang dahil sa ayaw kang ma-CS na your doctor tell you not to eat so much na lalaki masyado ang anak mo

Balanced diet pa din po mumsh, 😊 also add two (2) glasses of any Maternal milk daily. It can help you fulfill your daily vitamins and nutrients and also help your baby develop properly. πŸ‘ΆπŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Momsh, better pa din if si OB ask mo :) Iba iba kasi tayo ng body condition. What's good and effective for me might not be goos for you. :)
