i also have a hard time sleeping at night as in wala tlga antok, pero i dont see anything wrong with it as long as u get to sleep atleast 8hrs sa umaga. prang baliktad lng yun body clock mo but as long as u r not sleep deprived nman cguro i think its ok.
Kung puyat po kayo bawiin niyo nalang po sa umaga yung tulog niyo basta po maka 8hrs kayo. Hirap po talaga makatulog pag preggy
