Less rice. One fruit a day especially ripe mangoes.. dapat isang face lang ng mango a day. More vegetables lalo na ang ampalaya nakakababa ng sugar. Kamote and saging na saba alternative ko sa dinner. I was gestational diabetic pero nawala kasi bumaba sugar ko.
Above boarder line po ung result nyo mommy.. better to have a less carbs meal.. avoid rice, kasi mataas carbs level.. better to intake fruits such as corn kasi less carbs po sya..
pag 6.60 po kaya result need na po ba mag take insulin mam thanks po!
ako nga sis 7.7. pinag iinsulin ako. pang 3rd day ko na mamaya pag turok. penpill ung nireseta skin para madali lang pag turok. ang mhal nga lang.
nag rarice pa din pero half cup nalang. tapos iwas na sa matamis.
Pwede ka magBARLEY sis.. food supplement siya na pwede magregulate ng sugar level ng body.
Less white rice & sweets.. try mo din mag chia seeds. buko juice once or twice a week.
iwas sa sugary fruits and lots of ampalaya, it helps
