I'm also in a diet po. You may try to shift brown rice. 1/2 cup for breakfast and dinner while 1 cup on lunch. Just dont forget to include fish/meat, vegetables and fruits. Sa miryenda, morning and afternoon, try wheat bread instead of white breads. Limit lang po ng 1-2 slices tuwing kakain ka then a piece of fruit. Midnight snack, 4 pcs of wheat crackers lang. Prescribed by diabetologist and dietician po yan kaya di makakasama sayo.
