Hello mga momsh. I'm currently on my 32nd week and eto na naman ako, ngwoworry. I've been taking these vitamins for months now pero sinumpong na naman ako ng pg.aalala. I'm taking 12 tabs everyday. Four of those are for lowering blood sugar. The rest, mga vitamins/supplements na. My OB is into wellness practice, yung hindi po cxa into synthetic na mga meds. Most of the tabs na nireseta nya is nabibili lng naman sa healthy options. And I am okay with that kasi ngayon lng naman ako umiinom ng vitamins ng nabuntis ako. But I'm kinda worried kasi ibang mga buntis nasa five or less lng naman ang tinatake. Kaya concern lng ako if baka m.overdose. I know that we should trust our OB but sometimes hindi maiwasan na mgworry tayo kasi sa mga nababasa, sa kkaresearch about pregnancy. Kaya ayun po. Just want to see kung may same situation sa akin.
