Getting paranoid every day

34 weeks and mas lalo po akng ngwoworry. Ang iba excited na pero ako may halong takot pa rin. I'm getting more anxious every day kung okay lng ba si baby sa loob, is he safe sa sobrang dami ng iniinom kong vitamins and medications, is he growing and developing normally, kumpleto ba cxa physically, and is he in good health. Ilan lng po yan sa mga naiisip ko every time na may nababasa akng negative or sad story about their baby or pg may nararamdaman akng masakit. I'm trying to be positive pero minsan talaga, nauubos ka. Yung parang npapadala ka nlng talaga sa mga iniisip mo. But I keep on praying. Kumakapit pa rin po ako sa Kanya. I'm praying that these are just on my mind and in reality, okay lng naman pala lahat. So help me God. 🙏

Positive lang mamsh. Ganyan din ako noon. Sobrang worried ako noon kasi hindi pa talaga ready ang katawan ko nung nabuntis ako. Kumbaga hindi ako super healthy. Pero thank God at healthy ang baby ko.

Prenatal Vitamins Overdosage

Hello mga momsh. I'm currently on my 32nd week and eto na naman ako, ngwoworry. I've been taking these vitamins for months now pero sinumpong na naman ako ng pg.aalala. I'm taking 12 tabs everyday. Four of those are for lowering blood sugar. The rest, mga vitamins/supplements na. My OB is into wellness practice, yung hindi po cxa into synthetic na mga meds. Most of the tabs na nireseta nya is nabibili lng naman sa healthy options. And I am okay with that kasi ngayon lng naman ako umiinom ng vitamins ng nabuntis ako. But I'm kinda worried kasi ibang mga buntis nasa five or less lng naman ang tinatake. Kaya concern lng ako if baka m.overdose. I know that we should trust our OB but sometimes hindi maiwasan na mgworry tayo kasi sa mga nababasa, sa kkaresearch about pregnancy. Kaya ayun po. Just want to see kung may same situation sa akin. Momshies, how frequent po kau pabalik2 mgCR para umihi? Tas ano po personal hygiene niu para mktulong mawala ang UTI? Disappointed lng po ako sa sarili ko ngayon kasi nkpgpigil ako ng ihi kanina. Tumigas na naman tyan ko. Ngdadasal ako na in good health si baby pero ako mismo, ngppabaya kung minsan. Haaay. Sorry baby. ?

Any thoughts about this med? I know doctor will not prescribed any medication that is harmful to you or to ur baby pero nabasa ko lang po na per FDA not yet classified kung may harmful impact ba cxa sa unborn baby. Just wondering mga momsh. ?

I know there are private hospitals that promotes 'Unang yakap'. On my case when I was pregnant my OB required me to attend seminar at the hospital's lactation center where the said matter was clearly discussed.
