Lost my baby due to PREECLAMPSIA

When I was around 18 weeks in my pregnancy my cousin would nag me about counting movements. I had normal BPs every time I had my check up but I didn't check my blood pressure when I was at home. Sa lying in lang po ako nagpapacheck up, pero OB nagccheck, BP taken and Baby is scanned all the time. I'm a FTM and wala masyado idea, then covid so less contact and kahit checkup saglit lang due to protocol. But my cousin would always tell me to COUNT THE MOVEMENTS your baby makes inside your tummy choose a time in the AM and PM kung san sya pinakaactive. I think that's what saved me and my baby, kase ng napansin ko na medyo nagbabago ung movements ni baby and time of movements, I also had a few spotting. As in super konti, but we decided get checked up on. Ayun nga I was having early labor and already at 1cm ay 34weeks. naconfine ako and was given BP medication and 4doses of dexa to help my baby with bed rest. A week after, I had an emergency CS due to preeclampsia with severe features. Nawawalan nako ng malay sa ER so di ko na alam ang BP ko. But my baby and I made it. Kaya sa mga mommies po dyan with BP issues or kahit wala, make sure to count the movements. I had a very safe and normal pregnancy with no complications, nagHB lang ako on the said week na nagopen na cervix ko.
