More water mommy, and buko juice. before ako mapreggy may infection ako. pero natakot ako simula nalaman ko preggy ako tas may infection. nagmore water lang ako, buko juice, cranberry juice. buong pregnancy ko never ako nagtake ng med maliban sa vitamins 🥰 nawala na din ang infection ko 🥰

tama po...same in my case...water therapy is very effective
