FERROUS Sulfate + Folic Acid

Hi mga moms! Pwde po ba ito as pre-natal vitamins? Khit walang reseta ni OB. Meron pa po akong tinatake na folic acid 5mg naman. Thank you

Umiinom din ako niyan sis . Galing sa center tas may resita yung OB ko na Folic acid at Pro-Bionerv Plus . Twice a day ako umiinom ng ferrous at folic acid . Enjoy your pregnancy 💖💖
