Healthy diet na mommy. Alam ko dapat may doctor’s recommendation sayo ng mga dapat mo kainin. Ako dati pinagmonitor din ng blood sugar level 3 times a day after eating. Less sa sugary food/less carbs, minimize eating processed food. Wag ka na magrice muna or less rice (shift to brown or red rice). Fruits and vegetables plus protein (one portion serving lang parati).
Hi mommy. Same case here before at my 7th month pregnancy. Diet lang mommy. More water. Brown rice, oatmeal and fish lang kinakain ko nun. 😊 Walang lasa. 😊
