Practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, yoga and qigong. I was diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder two weeks before I found out I’m pregnant. Sobrang stress din ako, but good thing is I consulted a psychiatrist and psychologist before ko ma confirm na preggy ako, better kung magpa therapy ka mommy, it will help alot. Nag work sakin ung cbt, and seek support from your husband, family and friends. Nuod ka din ng mga nakakatawang videos/movies. And most esp, keep on praying to God and surrender all your worries to Him 😊
