Sakin po nililibang ko ang sarili ko lalo na ldr kmi ng asawa ko yearly lng umuwi,pag masama loob ko o may hinanakit ako sinasabi ko sa knya un gumagaan ang loob ko.kasi pinakikinggan nya din ako,o di kaya mga halaman ko dyan ko binububos ang extra time konlng wla akong ginawa pag na bobored nmn ako puntahan ko na nmn baboyan namin dala nlng walking pero may time din na mainit tlga ulo ko pero pilit ko.kinu control kasi lng hahayaan mo lng ikaw ang talo at kawawa din c baby sabayan mo lng ng dasal sis at hanap ka ng makaka usap para ma libang ka.
hi sis.. simple things like reading a book, baking, gardening, watching a movie, playing with ur child, learning an online course, during research or fixing broken things around the house will help. ive found that being on social media all day would bring a lot of stress. so i deactivated my account and did all those things i mentioned above... that and all other household chores.
