Hi mommy! I have a diet controlled GDM too. Recently mataas ang FBS ko, laging above 95 ang reading. Pero after eating breakfast, it’s always lower than 140. Since 6:30-ish ang dinner ko, someone adviced na mag snack ako around 10pm para yung FBS ko hindi lalagpas ng 8hours when I take the test around 6:30-ish in the morning kasi yun ang gising ko. I also don’t eat rice. I replace that with veggies. So sa morning, I eat 2 boiled eggs + 1 whole cucumber. Snacks ko ay mga nuts like almond, walnuts, pumpkin seeds. And slice ng apple or orange.
more on fruits or veggies ka nalang po. tapos brown rice. ako nga po diabetic 😅 sa umaga 130 pag kumain na 250 metformin lang tinitake ko since wala naman ako budget pang insulin. pero so far healthy si baby walang problem
