17 weeks na!! Thank you, Lord

This is my second pregnancy and every week is a milestone to celebrate! I have incompetent cervix and at 14 weeks, nag cerclage procedure na kami dahil may history ako ng pre-term birth at 26 weeks sa first pregnancy at dahil maikli na din ang cervix length ko, at 2cm. Every week ipinagpapasalamat ko sa Diyos na umuusad kami. It’s a beacon of hope for moms like me. Right now, I’m on full bed rest with bathroom privileges. 20 more weeks to-go anak! Kapit ka lang dyan. Keep swimming upwards (kasi low-lying din ata ako). I pray that my cerclage will keep my baby safe til full term. Ang prayer ko kahit 37 weeks maabot namin. 🙏 Pray with us mommies! Have a safe pregnancy!!

12 weeks na pero grabe pa din pag duwal ko

Hello mommies! As stated above, grabe pa dn yung pag duwal ko kahit walang trigger (like scent or visual) Niresetahan ako ng OB ko nung week 7, and for 15 days lang. di na ako nag ask ulit for another 15 days kasi ayoko maging dependent sa gamot. Wala naman akong sinusuka, pero nakakapanghina yung pag duwal. Di rin naman affected appetite ko, kumakain pa dn naman ako ng tama. Any advise para mabawasan ang pagduwal? P.S ang pangit ng lasa ng water, pero I push myself to hydrate.

OGTT - Nahilo before Blood Extraction

Hello Mommies!! Kwento ko lang, yesterday I was in the clinic for lab test, I was asked na mag fast and my last meal was 11pm, the blood extraction was at 7:30am the next day. Yung unang kuha ng blood, okay ako. And then I drink the glucose. Waited for an hour. Time for the next blood extraction, hinahanap ng nurse yung ugat ko, both arms. Then I started to feel dizzy, umikot panigin ko, may ring sound sa tenga and my vision started to black out. I was calm and praying. Sabi ko sa nurse nahihilo ako. Ramdam ko yung panghihina ng buo kong katawan. I hold on to arms ng nurse. And then I started to gag. They gave me a bucket, tapos doon ako nag vomit. After that, nanghihina pa din ako. Nilagyan nila ako ng pamahid sa noo at ilong… somehow gumaan pakiramdam ko, pinawisan ng malamig at bumalik na din yung vision ko and pandinig. I was scared kasi wala akong ganung experience sa first pregnancy ko. While it’s not new to me na mag pass out, kasi nahilo na din naman ako before. I was advised by the nurse na mag resume nalang kami on another schedule. Just sharing my experience with you moms. Not sure if may naging gantong situation din kayo, I guess I want to know and feel na I’m not alone in this and this is normal and part of pregnancy journey.

9 weeks 3 days - Backpain

Hello mommies! Meron din po ba sa inyo na nagkaka experience ng discomfort sa likod at balakang? Hirap din po ako makahanap ng position to sleep. May discomfort sa left side ko, pero alam kong yun ang best position to sleep. May acid reflux dn po ako kaya i refrain na matulog sa side. Now, in the middle of the night, i find myself na naka straight on back matulog. Nagkaka strain ata sa balakang at likod ko. #Needadvice mga mommies, ano po pwede kong gawin. Thank you!

Progesterone (insert to vagina)

Hello mommies! May mga nakapag try na po ba ng progesterone here na ini-insert sa vagina? How long nyo po ginawa? Yung first pregnancy ko in 2022, duphaston ang binigay na pampakapit. It did not work, I guess. Nag pre-term birth ako at 26weeks. Now is my second pregnancy at 5 weeks na. Ang pampakapit na nireseta ng OB ko ay ini-insert sa vag. Medyo may kamahalan yung gamot, nasa 60 pesos each soft gel capsule. 2x a day ko po ginagawa, morning and evening. Mag mga mommies ba na ganto yung experience? Kamusta po?

Chest pain after eating fatty food

Hi mommies. I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I'm currently experiencing chest pain. It happened after eating beef short ribs and it has a big amount of fat. Prior to this, I had korean beef bbq the other night. I kinda suspect that the pain comes from eating too much fatty food. What should I do? Should I tell my OB? It's 1:24AM now. I started feeling the pain at around 1:30pm earlier. Pls help.

17 weeks pregnant with lower back pain

Hi mommies!! I am at 17 weeks pregnant. I notice how frequent my lower back aches, specially when I stand for more than an hour. My upper back is also in pain but not as much as my lower back. Is this normal?#firstbaby #pregnancy #advicepls
