Hello mga mommies Maganda buhay sainyo lahat??? Mommy tanong ako sainyo ilang Beses ba dapat pakainin si baby? Kasi firsttime kumain ng baby ko kanina umaga ng cerelac 5months na siya ng saturday. Papakaini ko ba siya ulit o once a day lang kain tpos breast milk na ulit? Salamat sa mga sasagot?
Three times mommy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner but supposedly when she is 6 months. First food ni baby is lugaw then I blended it. Yung natitira I put it in the fridge and iinitin ko. Syempre nageevaporate na ang liquid I add breastmilk pero medyo liquified yung lugaw. I am not into instant baby food mommy kasi may mga preservatives na siya. As much as possible you prepare her food. Another suggestion, soup stock like chicken or buto ng pork and then i put a bit of rice. Another mommy is magboil ka ng gulay. Usually magboil ako ng malunggay at kalabasa at may konting asin. 😊😊😊
