Folic Acid

Hi mga mommies. I just discovered I'm pregnant for 5weeks na. Ok lang ba na magtake na ako ng folic acid even without OBy's prescription?

Congrats po sayo mommy! Much better pacheck up ka po mommy, kahit sa barangay health center lang para free pero if you really insist, try OTC most of the times they don't ask for prescription.

mas maganda mamsh patingin kn lang po muna.. para xa magbibigay kung anu need mo na folic acid...
