Hi! Just found out last week that I am pregnant. Should I take folic acid now even without having a check up yet? Or wait nalang ako for the checkup? 🙂#firstbaby #pregnancy #1stimemom

Take kna. Mas maganda nga if ngttake ka na ng folate 1month bago mgbuntis. Habulin mo na mumsh. Tpos pchheckup ka narin agad
