Ferrous And Folic Acid Vit.

Hello, mga Mommies just want to ask about this, OK lng ba mag take nito without doctors prescription? I'm 6 weeks pregnant. Thank you and God bless. Folic acid is 5 mg Ferous is 325 mg.

folic lang muna cguro sis.. 1-3 folic lang binigay saken.. Tapos pagka3months pinalitan ng ferrous with folic..
