kakapacheck up ko lng kahapon 2nd trim.na ako (16weeks)pinastop na yung folic(quatrofol) and nagswitch na sa ferrous+folic .tapos yung obimin at calcium tuloy lang hanggang sa makapanganak🥰

Me during my 1st trimester, folic acid lang po nireseta sakin ever since. And also obimin and calcium. And I’m currently 29wks right now
