yes po nagmomonitor ako sugar sis! hindi naman sobrang taas ng pre-meals mo sis ahh.. and your after meals are good also. bakit ka daw bibigyan ng insulin? before meals should be <95, 1hr post meal <140, and 2hr post meal is <120. im on insulin ngapala sis.

Atsaka ito pa pala laging kasama sa ginawang diet ko is yung Okra, the best po talaga siya pangpababa ng blood sugar hehe
