Miscarriage or not?

Hi mga mommies,its me again the new mom in 5weeks term with continuous spotting though naka bed rest na. May lumabas na sakin just this morning na buong blood more or less parang fist ang laki and parang ung feeling ko is ngmemens na. My OB told me na ung pregnancy ko will pass out parang mens lang though thankfully wala namang severe pain. My OB advised me to run another tvs on Monday. I'm feeling wala na si baby just as that. May chance pa ba na meron pa or I am experiencing miscarriage already gaya sabi ng OB ko? Thanks.
