napapagod din ba c baby???

Mga momies im 27 weeks pregnant .and gnito dn ba nararanasan nyo or normal lng ba., ,tong gnitong feelling , , everytym kc mglalakad aq ng mdjo malayo ska pnay ang kilos q...tumitigas ung tyan ska nsakit ung balakang q. Feelling q tuloy npapagod dn c baby s tyan q.. still working pa din po kc khit mdjo mlaki n ung tyan q..walking distance dn po kc ung place q mula s company nmin kya minsan msakit tlga ung balakang q sa gabi...?

Same po naninigas din tyan ko and masakit balakang. Nawawala siya kapag nagsstretching/prenatal yoga ako sis. Try mo kahit 15 min before bedtime baka maka-help.

Ntakot aq mg strech kc nag ka cramps ung legs q pg nag strecht aq...pro try q ung prenatal yoga ..bka mka tulong tlga... Tnnnxxx sa advice 😊😊😊😊😊
