Nung sa firstborn ko, 8 months post-partum, exclusively breastfeeding. Now kay bunso, also exclusively breastfeeding, 4 months post-partum ay wala pa. I'm expecting na no period ako for at least until 6 months.

If fertile na po ulit kayo, then yes. Kaya if di pa po ready sundan si baby, it's best to use more reliable (and/or more than one) contraceptive methods. Hindi dahil sa wala pa kayong mens ay safe na kayo, kasi sa cycle natin ay nauuna ang ovulation, if hindi nafertilize ang egg then saka lang nagkaka-menstruation. Meaning kung wala pa kayong menstruation, 2 lang yan: Either hindi pa kayo nago-ovulate, OR nag-ovulate na kayo then nafertilize na yung egg meaning buntis na.
