Hi mga miii! Kailan po bumalik yung mga period nyo after giving birth? How many months?? 3 months postpartum heree
6 or 7 months ako nagka period pero breast feeding kami ng baby ko kaya matagal.. nung kumakain na sya solid foods, di na kami masyado nagbBreast feed (sa gabi nalang, pampaantok nya boobs ko) kaya around that time, niregla nako then after 3 months nabuntis ulit ako wahahah kaya ngayon parang gusto ko mag breastfeeding ng 1yr para 1yr wala regla hahah 😅✌️

Nung sa firstborn ko, 8 months post-partum, exclusively breastfeeding. Now kay bunso, also exclusively breastfeeding, 4 months post-partum ay wala pa. I'm expecting na no period ako for at least until 6 months.
If fertile na po ulit kayo, then yes. Kaya if di pa po ready sundan si baby, it's best to use more reliable (and/or more than one) contraceptive methods. Hindi dahil sa wala pa kayong mens ay safe na kayo, kasi sa cycle natin ay nauuna ang ovulation, if hindi nafertilize ang egg then saka lang nagkaka-menstruation. Meaning kung wala pa kayong menstruation, 2 lang yan: Either hindi pa kayo nago-ovulate, OR nag-ovulate na kayo then nafertilize na yung egg meaning buntis na.
first born ko after 6 months, dito sa second after ko manganak nagka regular period na ulit ako kahit parehas naman ako breastfeed sa kanila hehe iba iba pa rin po depende sa may katawan talaga
Nanganak ako July 22, 2022, EBF kami. Bumalik yung dalaw ko Feb 4, 2024 😆 Nagstop na din ako ng breastfeeding that time.

Sa first born ko and kay bunso the same lang po, EBF po ako and 1 month after giving birth ayun may dalaw na ulit.😊
ako po 1st time mom, after ko manganak (normal delivery) November 2022 yun, by January 2023 may period na ako.
sa baby ko ngayon, 5 months siya, then regular mens, breastfeeding din kami. depende po siguro sa katawan
