how many months bago bumalik ang menstrual period after giving birth?

Hi mommies.. ask ko lang how many months bago bumalik ang menstrual period nyo after giving birth? and what pills can you recommend kasi breast feeding pa din ako? Is it okay to take pills kahit na breast feed? May side effects ba ito sa baby? Thanks..

Depende po iyan kung breastfeed o hindi. Sa akin one month mahigit lang nagkamens na ako. Hindi kasi ako breastfeed kaya mabilis ako nagkamens. Reseta ng ob ko sa akin Exluton. Pwede daw yan sa bf mom.

Itetake mo siya sa first day of mens mo... Pero kung hindi ka naman nagkamens after 2 months giving birth pwede na magtake ng pills.
