BEAR BRAND AND COFFEE

Hi mga miii, ask ko lang kung may nagco-coffee parin ba dito while pregnant? Umiinom kasi ako ng kape tuwing umaga okay lang po ba yon? And sa bear brand milk naman safe rin ba sya inumin while pregnant? 20 weeks pregnant here!!

Hi miiii .. as a coffee lover. It's really hard for me to stop taking caffeine when I get pregnant. Even if it was indicated if you searched it that it's fine so long as not too much. It was my decision to really not take any of it because it is not so safe for the baby.😊 Small sacrifices for our little ones.
