Constipation po yan normal during 2nd tri. Kain ka po ng more on fiber na prutas like ripe papaya and avocado. Inom ka rin ng madaming water. Pwede ka rin ask ng stool softener sa OB

Normal... hwg po niyo pilitin pumupu kz it will cause contractions. Try to add a lot of fiber and water sa diet nyo. If your feeling uncomfortable still, visit your OB.

Banana and more water mamsh. Pero minsan di talaga kaya. Para kong manganganak na. Ayoko naman ijebs lahat baka you know mashunit hahaha hirap talaga mamsh 😢
