Newborn baby acne

Hi mga mamsh, Newborn baby acne po ba ito? I'm currently using Cicastela ng mustela at no rinse cleansing water sa face niya. Pero mukhang wa effect. Any other remedies?

if may breast milk pa ikaw momshie, try mo apply sa face niya then ibabad mo for few minutes before siya maligo, works for my LO
