mga mamsh hanggang ilang months kayo umiinom ng folic acid? going to 3 months na ako then after a week iba na nireseta sakin ni ob. thanks sa sasagot ☺️

Im on my 22nd week and til now umiinom pa rin ako ng folic.. Fortifer FA (combination of folic+ferrous+vit B)

Kadalasan naman po ang pinapalit nila sa folic is ferrous sis which is combination po ng folic and iron.😊
Same here 16 weeks nag stop na ako folic acid.. pinalitan ng multivitamins pero may folic contain pa din
Hanggang 3 months lng sakin sa folic acid.
