face allergy some kind of a ringworm but not sure

Hi mga mamsh. Anyone po sainyo nakaexperience sa LO nnyo ng allergy sa face dont know kung anong allergy not sure if its ringworm pero almost a week na sya sa face ni baby pls check photo indicated. Ano kaya sa tingin nyo mga mamsh nasa face ng baby ko?

Hi momsh try to go to your pedia to check and to give you proper medication..skin kc yung baby ko rashes sa face advice sakn dont use soap sa face cotton with warm water lng muna..okay nmn and effective then nung nawala dove na sinabon ko sa face nya.
