Pineapple juice. Worked for me nung buntis pa ako. Kung naniniwala ka na nagpapalambot ng cervix un, kain ka ng gulay at prutas na mafiber.

Mamsh, a glass of luke water every morning before breakfast and lots of water throughout the day. Everyday na ako nagpoop since then.

Ako mamsh nakain ako oatmeal then sinasabayan ko ng pineapple juice sobrang laking tulong kapag constipated ako.

Oatmeal, Wheat bread, Fruits, and Yakult mga nakatulong sakin. Baka sakali gumana din sayo 😊
