Paglilihi ( inumin recommendation)
Hi mga Ma, suggest naman kayo ng healthy na inumin para sating nasa first trimester. Grabe kasi panunuyo ng lakamunan ko and pait ng panlasa. Naduduwal kasi ako pag tubig. 6 weeks 4 days. Thanks.

Hi mamshi, pwede pong prenatal milk as prescribed by your OB.. yung water pwede ka mag add ng lemon mamsh.. or lemon juice para marelieve din yung nausea and vomitting.. π«ΆπΌ
