Mga ka team december, nag start na ba kayong mag diet? hahaha nag nag wo-walking na ba kayo? EDD ko Dec.19

Hirap din po ako mag diet before kaso may Gestational Diabetes nnaman ako kaya 28 weeks palang nag ddiet na ako, ngayon 32 weeks na po ako, EDD ko is December 26. So far, controlled naman ang sugar ko and diet na talaga. When it comes to diet naman po, not necessarily gutumin ang sarili. Ang key lang po is balanced-meal. More of veggies sa meal tapos make sure may protein tapos kahit 1/2 rice lang po every meal. Then snack ko is either boiled egg with slice cucumber or steamed okra, or boiled sweet potato or saba. Overnight oats din with oatside barista blend na milk with chia seeds, peanut butter and onting banana for breakfast. Nasanay din naman na ako, minsan may cheat day pero in moderation parin para hndi mag spike ang sugar. Hehe
