Hello mommy. We have the same situation and yes, your baby can definitely use your new LIP's surname. Yung maiden name mo syempre yung gagamitin mo kapag magfifill out kayo ng form. Some hospitals provide the form na po para maprocess yung birth certificate ni baby. So ayun, make sure you read the form carefully and fill it out using your new partner's name and your maiden name.
