ask lang po sana if me same situation ako dito.. i am married po with my ex hubby pero hiwalay na kami for almost 10yrs. as of now i am currently pregnant with new partner..since surname po ni ex hubby ang gamit ko, hindi ako nkapagfile for sss maternity benefits. Now i was wondering kung pwede ko magamit ang philhealth ko since CS kasi yun advise sakin ng OB ko. pls dont hate po..i know kelangan sinettle ko muna un annulment before this pero nandito na at pareho nman kmi ni ex hubby me partners na. Thanks po

Hi momsh. We have the same situation. I gave birth last January via C-Section lang and nagamit ko po yung SSS at Philhealth benefits ko. Regardless of who the father is, pwede mo gamitin yun kasi benefit mo yun especially if you are employed like me. So long as you hit their requirements, you can use those benefits po. Talk to your HR, mommy or better yet talk to SSS & Philhealth directly (not sure lang if available ang customer service nila these days.) Sayang po yun. My son bears his fathers name din, my new LIP. ❤️

Pwede naman yata. Much better go to the nearest Philhealth branch from you. Ako kanina umaga nagpunta ng philhealth and fortunately walang tao pag pasok namin so ang bilis natapos. Ininform ko sila na manganganak ako tapos may binigay sila na MDR and receipt na proof updated payment ko sa kanila. Yun na daw ipakita ko pagkapanganak ko. Sayo naman nakapangalan yun sis. Magagamit mo yun.

Hindi po Mommy ng ask nq nyan kc same situation din skin pero past away na first husband q ang problema lahat ng details q sa husband q parin ..gagamitin q philhealth q ngyon kaya magiging apelido ng baby q sa ex husband q🤦🏼‍♀️ papapalitan q nlng pag ok na👍🏻

Hahaha hang gulo na hehe.. bhala na po qng ano mangyari😂😂😂 sana nga pdeng ka apelido q lng ung baby q kc magastos mgpapalit ng apelido..

Parang ganun na nga, as long as member ka makaka-avail ka ng matben. Kasi hindi naman kailangan ang old husband mo pag kukuha ka ng matben. Female member lang pipirma doon.

Better ask PSA,SSS, and Philhealth.

Yes momsh, magagamit mo naman yung philhealth mo, basta updated ka lang sa contributions mo. Bakit po di kayo nakapagfile sa sss momsh? Matanong ko lang, anong grounds daw po?

Ay oo, need nga ng bc po ni baby sa sss. Pero ask mo pa din sa sss momsh pano pagganong case po saka ask mo na din sa philhealth, kung yung sayong bill (mother) pasok naman yun sa philhealth po. Yung sa baby mo ask mo din po, kung di mo ipapaapelyido sa current surname po. Medyo magulo po hehehe para lag sure ka bago ka maadmit.
